Hey y'all! If anyone ever checks this I apologize for not posting in a looong time! Life goes on!
Today Bob and I rode horse around our section, we hadn't done that in way too long! It was enjoyable and good for us all. We met a few vehicular-contrivances on the road, of course, and those that passed us slowed down. God Bless Them! God bless everyone, of course, but they made us particularly happy! The people and others (including those who didn't slow down, ehem!) prompted me to post this on Google+ Here is the post! Please show this to family and friends!
Thanks,
A. H.

Today:
What makes me me happy is when people are considerate enough to slow down when I'm on an equestrian road jaunt. It isn't hard to gently ease one's speed down. Really. And it makes the horse riders very happy and grateful, not to mention the horses. No matter how well trained a horse is, if a rock zings away from one of the tires and hits it, the horse will be hurt and scared. And even if nothing hits it, I, as a human with a rational brain, would freak out if someone whipped by within ten feet of me going 60 mph. Not to mention the fact that if a car hit the horse/rider, depending on the speed, pretty much all involved would die. Of course, in all situations, leave room for Jesus!
No one wants to be on the horse who does a flip/ditch-jump/180/run in front of the vehicle. Scary! Thank you to everyone who slows down and is courteous on the road! It really could save a life and besides, horses are pretty; slow down, smile and wave!
Please share and have a Lovely Day!
